Lead Pastor
Pastor Charles has been serving as lead pastor at BCCS since January 2022. His family of three are recent transplants to Georgia. His previous ministry assignments were in South Korea and California, where he also completed his seminary degree at Golden Gate Baptist Seminary. Charles’ passion is growing with fellow church members in their journey with God. His favorite hobby is pickleball.
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Henry Moon
Elder
Dr. Henry Moon is married with three children. He loves to teach the Bible and help believers grow in their faith and service to the Lord. His family says that he snores during sleep, to which he would respond, "I wouldn’t know".
I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

David Shin
Elder
David Shin is married to his wife Shirley who he has the honor of raising two wonderful girls, Aisley and Kaelyn. Discipleship excites him about ministry.

Lisa Miso Kim
Admin Pastor
Pastor Lisa was born and raised in Georgia and loves being in the South with her husband and three children. She has worked in the Children's Ministry and as an Administrative Assistant since 2009. She studied at Emory University and at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Lisa’s passion is in organizing spreadsheets (seriously!) and seeing the 'Aha!' moments click within the lives of children when the Holy Spirit speaks to them. Her favorite things to do are curling up with a good book and cheering on her kids play soccer.

Edward Kim
Associate Pastor
Edward is married to his lovey wife Christina with whom they are expecting a baby boy in December 2025. They are both originally from the west coast (California), but am so thankful to God for moving them here to serve and be a part of BCCS. Edward unashamedly admits that he didn't know where Atlanta, Georgia was on a map before moving here. He considers himself a junk-foodie and spends most of his free time looking for new places to eat (for fellowship purposes, of course).
What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed, and in that I rejoice. Yes, and I will rejoice, for I know that through your prayers and the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will turn out for my deliverance, as it is my eager expectation and hope that I will not be at all ashamed, but that with full courage now as always Christ will be honored in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
